On August 20, the Lhasa branch of the 2026 Global Digital Economy Conference held the 'Digital Najin · Intelligence Summit on the Plateau' forum. The Lhasa Njajin Digital Intelligence Research Institute was officially established, and the 'Yangguang Qingyan' general Tibetan large model was officially released. The model first appeared on November 19, 2025, and has been registered with the Cyberspace Administration of China. It was officially launched after nearly two months.
